Coaching for the Neurodivergent Person

Autistics and ADHDers face unique circumstances in their jobs and careers. We have needs that aren’t considered in traditional work environments. Our needs vary from person to person.

Career coaching that is neuroaffirming means that we can build careers that work for us rather than against us. We don’t have to navigate this alone.

Let’s work together to disrupt the cycle of false starts, burnout, and shame. We can find ways to cultivate balance, independence, and purpose in our lives.
